Able to troubleshoot Java apps related issues, Heap/Thread dump analysis, Startup parameter tuning and understanding of Garbage collections, able to support java/tomcat related issues.

Good hands-on experience in Rabbitmq Messaging cluster administration.

Good hands-on experience in Linux systems(not admin) – Filesystem, Users, process, memory, Network related issues, TCP Dump, Connectivity.

 Good hands-on experience in Load balancer and GTM, VIP’s, Proxy VIP and able to demonstrate different load balancing methods.

Regular SSL certificate management activity’s – issuing. new, renew existing certs.

Able to identify client & server related issues based on application response codes & stack traces.

Good hands-on SSL/TLS – How does SSL works, able to manage client certificates, key store & Trust store and different types.

Good hands-on Root Cause analysis of the infra & application related issues.

Good hands-on experience in programming knowledge (Python or Shell script) to automate repeated tasks.

Good hands-on experience in Splunk – We heavily rely on Splunk & Able to create Dashboard, Setup alerts to manage the infrastructure better.

Good analytical & debugging skills – able to differentiate the Infra vs Application related issues.

Good hands-on experience in Ansible, Docker, vaults, and anyone of the Orchestration skills.

Candidate must be a quick learner & able to deliver on time.

 Client is looking for a strong Salesforce BA (who is as good as a developer / configurator). His knowledge on Marketo/Tableau will be a huge plus but he can learn on the job.

 The person needs to be very proactive and will be responsible to drive ICM business discussions.

Senior Salesforce Technical BA (At least salesforce BA certified).

Experience with working in Lightning Platform and Sales Cloud.

Should be able to work as a strong configurator and generate data reports in Salesforce without any support.

Comfortable with Agile process, JIRA and should be able to lead the team when required occasionally.

Strong user Story writing skills at dev ready level (very detailed at technical level).

Strong communication Skills as he would be interacting with Businesses mostly.

Have working knowledge of Tableau reporting (from BA perspective) is good to have – will have to learn if not already have it.

Data analytics and reporting.

Have a good functional testing experience and if he knows selenium platform, it’s a big plus.

Marketo configuration knowledge is good to have and can learn on the job.
